Kanoba, we are definitely interested in getting people to put sound to our game. Of course, making sound effects for a star wars game comes with the added challenge of mimicking the feel of the soundscape of the star wars universe (whilst avoiding copyrighted material).

Your sample set sounds nice, it'd be nice to hear you have a go at making sounds for some of our units. If possible, drop into our IRC channel:
server: irc.gamesurge.net
channel: #swiw

If you can't catch either myself or gnomre there, send me a PM and I'll get you started. Note that I am travelling through Europe at the moment, so a little difficult to contact, so apologies if there are delays in my responses.

Kanoba, we seem to have no luck catching each other! What I was going to ask was to hear some samples of what you might think would be good sound effects for IW - I'm interested to see how you'd get a 'star wars' feel without treading on copyright (by that I mean, reusing proprietary sounds)
